Back Pain Treatment at Home in Timișoara
Lumbosciatica, cervical pain, herniated disc — specialized physiotherapy without leaving home.

Back pain doesn't have to control your life
You wake up in the morning with a stiff back. You sit at the desk and after an hour you feel the tension rising from the lumbar to the neck. You lift your child in your arms and feel a stabbing pain. Or maybe the pain is there constantly, like a background you've learned to ignore — but that steals the joy of moving freely.
You don't have to accept this as normal. Back pain has identifiable causes and, in most cases, can be effectively treated through physiotherapy, without medication and without surgery. And we come to your home, to make it as simple as possible for you to start.

Answers to the most common questions about back pain treatment
Yes, physiotherapy is recommended by medical guidelines as first-line treatment for herniated disc. Exercises are carefully selected and adapted to your herniation stage. We will never do exercises that aggravate symptoms. Many people avoid surgery through proper physiotherapy.
It depends on the cause and chronicity of the pain. Acute pain can improve in 5-8 sessions. Chronic conditions (herniated disc, scoliosis) usually require 15-20 initial sessions, followed by a maintenance program. During evaluation, we estimate treatment duration more precisely.
Yes, it's actually recommended. In the acute phase, we use gentle muscle relaxation techniques, analgesic positions and light mobilization exercises. As pain decreases, we progressively increase exercise intensity. You don't have to wait for the pain to pass — physiotherapy helps the pain pass faster.
