Physiotherapy for Seniors at Home in Timișoara
Mobility, balance and independence — exercises adapted with patience, directly at home, for those dear to us.

For those who care for their parents or grandparents
We know why you're here. Maybe you've noticed that mom or dad is moving with more difficulty, holding onto furniture when walking through the house, or simply not leaving the home for fear of falling. Maybe grandpa refuses to go to a clinic. Maybe grandma can no longer get into the car.
We come to them. With patience, with a smile, with exercises adapted to their age and ability. We don't force, we don't rush — we build trust and progress step by step. Because every senior deserves to feel safe in their own home.
“Maybe grandpa refuses to go to a clinic. Maybe grandma can no longer get into the car. We come to them. With patience, with a smile, with adapted exercises. Because every senior deserves dignity and care, where they feel safest — at home.”

Answers to the most common questions about physiotherapy for seniors
Absolutely. The exercise program is individually adapted based on the health status, physical capacity and existing conditions of each patient. Exercises are gentle, progressive and always performed under the supervision of the physiotherapist. Patient safety is our priority.
The optimal frequency depends on therapeutic objectives and the patient's condition. Usually, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week for visible results. As the patient progresses and learns the exercises, we can reduce to 1-2 sessions per week, supplemented with daily exercises done individually.
This is a common situation. Our experience has taught us that motivation comes with the relationship of trust. Our physiotherapist approaches each patient with patience and empathy, transforming exercises into a pleasant activity, not a chore. Often, after the first sessions, patients are the ones who look forward to the visit.
